Getting a strange code when i enter text

I have a blog set up. I am a newbie (that might explain things). I try to post a first message but i cannot do it. I keep getting a message that it failed, no matter what i do.

One thing i notice though is, as soon as i enter the very first character for the message, the blue recangle that is normally just above where i select Published, Not published and to keep (sorry, i have to translate as i go), becomes larger and has this in it:

Which would mean to preview the article. However, there is also a little white box, and by hovering over it, i can see the link for https://www.statcounter.com/free_web_stats.html

I am not sure what that rectangle is about, and i suspect that it might be what affects my ability to post. I can see the messages i TRIED to post as unpublished in the management of the messages, but no idea how to get them any further than that.

Any suggestion?
