Getting a server error on just one site

    500 internal server error when running scan, with the following in the server’s error log:
    mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 120 seconds, referee: https://url.com/site-path/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=init.php
    and
    Premature end of script headers: options-general.php, referer:https://url.com/site-path/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=init.php

    Can you point me to where I might start digging for the problem?

    It is possible that the script is not finished and your server runtime script is exhausted. You can increase the runtime server scripts from the php.ini.
