Getting a new window with 404 error

I’m using version 2.8.4. I am getting a popup with a 404 error code on pages that actively use this plugin. The URL to the popup is https://my.wordpress.site/blog/date/postname/%5Bobject%20Object%5D.
How can I correct this?
