Getting a forum tag that directly links to a forum on the top of a page

Hello. On our page https://www.old-wizard.com , we are trying to get a forum link on the top next to “our rating system” for example that will directly go to a forum rather than going to a new forum page where you would have to click a link on that page to go to the actual forum. We just want a person to click on the forum tag on the top right and it automatically going to a forum. We know how to create the actual forum link in that section, but we dont know how to get the link to go right to the forums. Thank you.
