Getting a Fatal error email from wordpress

Not sure if this has been fixed or not but we have received this error in version 4.7.2 and did not get success in tracing the root cause.
WordPress version 5.8
Current theme: Betheme (version 24.0.2)
Current plugin: Flexible Shipping (version 4.7.2)
