Getting a Fatal error email from wordpress

    Not sure if this has been fixed or not but we have received this error in version 4.7.2 and did not get success in tracing the root cause.

    WordPress version 5.8
    Current theme: Betheme (version 24.0.2)
    Current plugin: Flexible Shipping (version 4.7.2)
    PHP version 7.2.34

    Note: We are using the latest version right now so I am not sure if the same issue still exists or not so just want to get to the root cause of the issue to avoid any related issues in future.
