Getting a error creating new event with tickets….

    I get the following error message trying to ad an event, as long as I dont require a ticket it works fine, but when I require a ticket…

    Your event details are incorrect and cannot be published, please correct these errors first:
    Missing fields: ticket_name.
    There was a problem saving the ticket.

    I do have a ticket_name, so I guess it must be some problem some where, any one had this problem and got a solution to it?

    hi,

    do you have a step by step guide on how to replicate this please? also, just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    I just met the same problem bynkan
    I tried to create multiple events (recurrent or not) successfully until I activate the reservation function : when, this message appears following the submission “Missing fields : ticket_name “.

    I tried to set 4 different possible tickets with nearly identical parameters, except the name and the price witches are different…

    An idea can come from where this problem ?

    Do you have information to solve this ?

    EDIT : Sorry! The problem was my recent re -installation of MAMP that used v7 PHP … Sorry for inconvenience and thank you , this plug-in is really nice ??
