Getting a couple of errors after downloading additional templates

  • Where I have added ‘mysitename’ it appears to be my domain name with the final two letters missing. I have no idea if this is the problem or not.

    Error messages:-

  • I’m currently having a similar issue with the templates. Only 2 are showing up in the templates folder – rsvp envelope and super-slick. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled it – nothing.
    When I try to add new for a template, they all show up, but they’re not in the template folder. Even the 2 that are in the folder-nothing happens when click on them in the add new template area.

    Is your templates folder writable? Permissions 0777?

    It wasn’t. I changed it to 0777, but still nothing. I changed themes, and even the template that comes with the theme doesn’t load.
    None of the top tabs on the add new template page work either.
    Plugin looks great – really hoping I can get it to work.

    What templates are you not seeing?

    There should only be 2 in the /uploads folder unless you built your own or bought more.

    Can you open a ticket with screenshots on inboundnow.com/support ?

    We can continue this in the thread I opened at inboundnow.com if you prefer.
    I don’t understand about the 2 templates – a whole page of templates show up, including the template of the theme that I’m using – just nothing opens.
