• We received a notification that our customers were getting a 500 error after filling out the contact form on the website. We use Gravity Forms for our contact forms. I disabled this plug-in, and the 500 error goes away..

Here’s what’s in the error log:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: The message is not valid because it contains no message or html field. in **hidden**/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-logging/src/WPML_MailExtractor.php:37

Any idea what’s causing this error? We recently updated to the latest version.

    Thanks

  • Somehow the mechanism for sending mails by gravity forms doesn’t set the message properly. I’m using an older version of gravity forms myself without problems. Since I don’t have access to the latest gf version and don’t know the configuration I can’t reproduce it.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately have to uninstall the plug-in due to incompatibility with the latest version of GF.
