Getting a 403 (Forbidden) error

Saw this plugin and I was hoping that it would solve a problem of embedding an external calendar for me.
The test code has been installed on a page called ‘test’.
You can see a screenshot here – https://www.crca.ca/wp-content/uploads/iframecode.jpg.
The page is located at https://www.crca.ca/test, but it will take you to a 403 page.
Any ideas why it is giving me this error code?
