I’m not sure if you are referring to the plugin drurway? but this plugin does not do anything like that…

jjones 770, apologies support is limited atm as this plugin has been on hold.

This problem you describe sounds like one I have had before and it is not to do with this plugin directly, but rather accessing PHP files within the plugins folder – please see the conversation between me and Surfdawgz on this page:

Its going to be a pain to fix :/

Thanks for your response! I know you said support is limited, so I understand if you can’t help, but any instructions on how to fix the accessing PHP files issue? Thanks so much – we love this plugin and really hope we can continue to use it.

    Hey jjones770

I’m really not sure what causes this problem – when I encountered it (a long time ago on a specific client website) I tried changing the permissions of the folders: wp-content, plugins and the specific plugin folder also – in this case forget-about-shortcode-buttons

I would also suggest you try to install the plugin in different ways – such as by FTP, uploading the Zip file through the WP dashboard, or searching for the plugin via the WP dashboard also – I believe another user has some success trying different methods.

    Thanks
