    trying to download an export file. it creates the file, but when i click download I get a 404 error.

    Your server might not accept the .htaccess file that we have created to serve wpress mime type.
    You can login via FTP and download the file from wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder
    or
    You can add wpress mime type as application/octet-stream to your webserver – your hosting provider might be able to fix this quite fast for you

    Im having the same issue at the moment but I cannot even download via FTP

    When I download from the FTP the download goes beyond 100% then fails and restarts automatically. is the file corrupt ?

    At the moment I cannot download the file in any way.
