getting 403 forbidden error after changing the page name

  • After I have added a new page to my site ,then I found out that I have made a mistake for the text of title.I am trying to correct the name of the page’s title….but the page does not display and getting 403 forbidden error.

    for example;
    my page’s name is: albert
    my permalink last part is /alber/

    I try to make the permalink section part the same as for albert but getting above error .

    can someone please tell me what should I do to fix this?
