• Throwing this error when trying to switch months in Calendar view:

Looked at other posts that blamed iThemes security settings, which I am running but disabled the entire plugin and problem persists. Refreshing dismisses error display.

Also, next month tab displaying current month text.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

Please activate iTheme plugin and disable “Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL” option in the iThemes security settings.

Right. Did that early on based on forum posts about the same issue. Also disabled entire plugin AND all plugins but Calendar, no joy. Still posts error when month tab is clicked, unless logged in to admin.

Do you use a cache plugin?

Same have also had the same problem here–the next month tab displaying current month text. Clicking to the next month (this was back in April) brought the same error message jpketz reports. We do not use iThemes or a cache plugin. Once we actually entered May, the calendar stopped working entirely, now throwing 500 Internal Server Error.

    Benjamin,

I deactivated the host level caching Siteground provides and still got the error. Does the fact that this only happens when one is logged in provide any clues (besides security plugin conflicts)?

    Thanks.

I’m still having this issue when switching months (well, 404) as well and posts from 4 days ago in another thread about it have not been followed up with / responded to.

Is there a better place to be requesting support?

I’m seeing the exact same problems as jpketz except that it doesn’t matter whether I’m logged in or not.

When I got the 403 error the calendar displayed in Agenda view when it should have displayed in Month view. Purging the cache eliminated this problem.

I have two sites showing the problem with next month also showing May. Both use a caching plugin but only one uses iThemes.

Clicking on the next month May changes the next month link to June.

Purging the cache and disabling the caching plugin doesn’t make any difference, nor does disabling iThemes. BTW, I also cleared the browser cache but it made no difference.

If anybody is experiencing the problem with the next month link in month view like the original poster on this topic I posted a description of the bug and its solution to this support forum on 26 June.
