GET error or timeout occured

Hi there,

We have been using the plugin for 3 years now without any issues. However as of last week Thursday, we are not able to produce labels anymore.

I am always getting this error (from the log):

I have tested the contract id, password and username. All is correct.

In the front end, it keeps spining for a few minutes when trying to create a label and then returns the following error message: Could not connect to host
