• When I’m trying to make payment then it just get stuck over there and wont proceed to payment. Even when I try to make payment with paypal still the payment wont proceed.

    My settings are:

    Mode: Live
Force ID 87654321 for sandbox: Yes
Force SSL for bookings form: No
    Stored payments: No

Also note that the payment works fine in Sandbox mode, but as soon as I switch to Live the payment stops working.

What can be wrong and how can I fix it?

    G’day Pramod,

Does that happen for PayPal even this this plugin (eWAY) deactivated?

Is there anything logged in the website logs?

Is there anything logged in the browser console? (because it sounds like a JavaScript error to me)

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi,

Thank you for super fast response ??

When I deactivate eway plugin then the problem is gone. Then I can pay with paypal easily.

There is nothing visible in the JS console. I tried to inspect the ajax request but it shows no debug information but the request just aborts.

Error logs show no error. I even tried enabling WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php but no help ??

    G’day Pramod,

Please don’t post access credentials in these forums.

I’ve just added some basic logging for transactions in Events Manager. It writes to a file in a private folder on your website, which you can find via FTP or cPanel. The folder name appears in the eWAY settings screen.

Please load this alpha version and enable logging for all messages, the try again. Please then post the contents to my support form (i.e. don’t post them here!)

Another thought: did you use a valid customer ID or did you try to put in the API key / password? Only a customer ID is accepted with this plugin; Rapid API is not supported (yet…)

Okay I will take care of this.

BTW I have followed your instructions and sent you msg on your support forum, please check.

    G’day Pramod,

Right, have answered you offline. Basically, for others’ benefit, the website doesn’t have https support which is a basic requirement for eWAY payments with this plugin.

When in sandbox/test mode, it will function with just http, but in live mode it will force the bookings page submissions to https, even if the bookings page was loaded over http.

    cheers,
    Ross
