    Hi @kasiel

Have you added a “Campaign Token” in the options? Just below the option where you select the email solution.

I don’t see the form at the moment on that URL, can you add it again and let me know when you do. Or you can add it to a different page which isn’t freely accessible by regular visitors (a test page instead of a post).

    Thank you for the answer.

Yes, the campaign token is set.

The form is back again under all my articles.

The 404 ist back again, too. And the address of the recipient is not entered in the list.

    Hi @kasiel

I just tested it out with my GetResponse account and it’s working as expected.

So for some reason GetResponse is not accepting the list token (campaign token) you added.

Just to confirm, it’s the List token from the list settings page, correct?

Not the token looking parameter in the URL.

And in the list settings you don’t have the “Disable plain HTML form signups” enabled, correct?

Also, can you do a test by creating another list with default settings and try using that list token in the form. Just to test if the issue is something specific to that original list.

    I’m sorry!
I didn’t disabled the plain html.
Now it is working as expected.
    Thank you for the support!
