    Hi echoleaf,

    In Icegram you can embed form GetResponse.

    You can refer this link for more details.

    Follow this steps

    1.Create the web form in your GetResponse account

    2. Copy that form and paste it in message body using form embed feature.

    3. Save it!

    That’s all.

    OK, got it. For some reason I thought it would be need an API key and the like.
