GetClicky WordPress Plugin Not Saving Goal Tracking ID

    Hi,

    I’m just in the process of configuring GetClicky on my WordPress blog and in the destination thank you page of my sales flow, I’m putting in my 4 digit goal ID in the GetClicky component which appears in each post when they plugin is installed.

    When I save/update the post, the GetClicky component doesn’t save the text and goes blank again.

    Could anyone help?

    I’m launching my product soon and would like to have Clicky running correctly.

  • Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue. Whenever I input a goal ID and save the page, the field just goes blank again. Looking at the source code of the page doesn’t show the goal ID anywhere…
