get_token function problem

Hi, I’ve been stuggling to your module working on a 2nd site (1st site works well) and after several weeks of support from Microsoft they have told me:

Seems like an issue with the customer’s php code get_token function, see two example for similar stack overflow questions, maybe get_token should be a static function or the request to get the token sets the request headers after sending the request
