    Hi,

Firstly let me say superb plugin!

I’ve mapped an external domain and configured it as the primary domain for one of my sites, it’s set up and works perfectly.

My only issue is that I am using Multisite Language Switcher which uses get_permalink() to create links between the translated sites. On the main domain if I use function: switch_to_blog(2) -> get_permalink() -> restore_current_blog() I get domain.com/de rather than domain.de.

This means that all of my translation links use the subdirectory which then redirects to the second domain rather than linking straight to the second domain. This has caused some SEO issues.

Is it normal for the get_permalink() function to point to the subdirectory? Is there something that I can do to configure it to point to the second domain?

    Thanks in advance,
    Peter
