get_pagenum_link instead of the_permalink

  • Hello !
    Can you teach me how to use function get_pagenum_link .

    Why? Let’s say post “Ha-Ha” could be found here – https://127.0.0.1/wordpress/page/3/

    then from archive page I want to link to that page and not to the single article.

    I tried to use that function the way I use the_permalink, but got empty nothing.

    I have been searching the net for a week and the best I found is the function mentioned above. If that is wrong function to use , please advise.
