Hello I’m having an issue when a costumer pay a product, the payment get cancelled itself, the error that I get in frontend is “An error have occured. Please, verify the data and try again” I try to check the console to see the error but nothing appears.

I already check the error.log and I have this error a lot of times, the first time was at 16 may at 07a.m.

[16-May-2022 07:12:31 UTC] The Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\API\Options::get_options function is deprecated since version 3.1.

The payment method I’m using is “Paycomet”.

is anybody getting this error? how can I fix it?

    Hi @irenewom,

This is a known issue and it has been already reported on Github. Read more on this thread:

I would suggest subscribing to the Github issue in order to receive further updates.

    All the best.

But does this error prevent users from buying? The problems I am encountering are that sometimes I can make the purchase and sometimes I can’t. So… is this the problem and do I have to wait for it to be resolved? Or does this problem not prevent users from making purchases?

    Hi @irenewom

It doesn’t seem that the bug is preventing users from buying. The GitHub thread doesn’t mention that and other other users who reported the issue didn’t have a problem with purchases. It appears the problem is specific to your site setup.

You mentioned that sometimes it is allowing making purchases and sometimes it isn’t allowing – so it is a bit challenging to replicate the issue. As Paycomet payment method is in use, we recommend checking with their support team regarding this erratic behavior regarding purchases. You can open a support ticket at https://www.paycomet.com/en/services/support

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

As this doesn’t seem to be directly related to the WooCommerce core plugin itself I’m closing this thread. Feel free to create a new topic if you have any questions related to core WooCommerce.
