get_language_attributes() returns the fallback language’s locale

    It appears that (with this plugin installed and configured) the WP core functions language_attributes() get_language_attributes() return the language code for the fallback language, not the site’s main language.

    In many cases these will be the same (formal variant as main, regular as fallback), but for other cases, the main language should probably be used?
