get_attached_file() should be consistent

    thanks for removing the filter-bypass of get_attached_file.

    There is a second occurence of this problem in upload.php:70 – please remove the “true” there as well.

    (Here are the symptoms that I saw: on a replace I saw the message “The file %1$s can not be deleted by the web server, most likely because the permissions on the file are wrong”. Indeed, the file permissions were 000, because he couldn’t copy the original file permissions.)
