Get widget id to widget_title and widget_text filter

    Is it possible to get widget id into widget_title and widget_text.
    I want to wrap title and text with div having id contains widget id.

    And also how we update them by ajax? like wp_update_post for post update_option for bloginfo.

    Please help me on this.
