Get Value From URL Parameter To Pre-fill Contact Form 7 to another form

Hi Support,

I need your help. I just want if on contact form(Contact form 7) field data like and example arrival date and departure date after filling that date and submit button its redirect to another contact form where this two field which mentions that automatically that filled data come. It’s possible to contact form7.

This is two forms one home page and another one is booking page
