Get user data as plain text

Hello. I was wondering if I can get the user info as plain text. I want to display a
message like: “Welcome to your account First_name Last_name“, but when I tried
“Welcome to your account [affiliates_fields name=’first_name, last_name]”, the values are always displayed inside an <input > form field. Is there a shortcode for that or should I try something else?
