Get uploaded image to show up on other people’s sites

Hi,

I’m new to WordPress (I know html, but that’s about it) and I’ve recently started helping a friend update their wordpress blog, although now I’m a bit stuck.

My friend has asked if I can put a page in so people can go to it and get a code for an image (their badge) and copy and paste it to their own site so it shows up. I thought it would be fairly simple like it is with html, but I’m coming up with some problems.

I’ve added the page, uploaded the image, and written the code and they can all be found here:

However when I try and add the code to a different site by copy and pasting, it won’t let me, and the image shows up as missing and the link won’t work. It seems to be adding the domain infront of the url (eg. If I was to add it to google, the url of the image seems to change to https://www.google.com/”https://www.makeeshabyl.com.au/wp-content/uploads/inkspirations.gif” )

The code is all fine in the html – it doesn’t change the copied and pasted section, it’s just when I try to use it, it doesn’t work.

I hope this has all made sense – if not just let me know and I can try to clear it up.
