“get ticket” button not working

    Hi.

    Our events have been created fine, but the “get tickets” button is not working, and you cannot add tickets with the plus sign above it either.

    Have checked for theme conflicts and disabled all other plug ins.

    Hi,

    Sorry to know that you are facing such an issue.

    I can see some JS errors in the Event page that are causing the Ticket button to not work: https://d.pr/i/8SyPxY

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.

    Also, are you using any plugin to Minify and cache JS files? Try disabling that and clearing the cache.

    I can see that you have also opened a ticket in our support. I will take over that ticket to further help you if needed.

    Yours looks like mine did. I deactivated the plugin that optimizes JS. Havent had a problem since. I was hesitant because its automatically installed by wordpress, but it solved my problem.

    Thank you so much, I deactivated the Page Optimize plugin and it is now working!
