Get the user to receive a unique code/voucher/QR code by mail?

    What’s the best work method for the following issue.

    So for a ‘sales’ platform site, we offer a voucher/coupon on the website which you can apply for by filling in a short (contact) form.

    So the user puts in their contact details in the form (Most likely will be using the WPForm plugin?).

    After that, they receive a mail with a unique, code/barcode/QR code. which they can print and use to get a discount.

    Now my question is; what would be the best way to do this process. I’m looking for some pointers, suggestions.
