Get submitted application data for CareerBuilder ATS

Hello,

I am trying to integrate plugin with CareerBuilder ATS.
Problem is that I need to send fields back to ATS, but I am not sure how to pull submitted Application data bcoz it doesnt look like regular meta field.

Using Application form field editing, whatever is setin label is appearing as meta key when I try retrieve. I am using custom HTML in label, so doesn’t look like a good way pull data.
Is that the only way to get application data or is there any other option?
