Get Rid Of The Auto Collapse feature

Hey I Have Simple Ajax Insert Comment Lite and I am having trouble figuring out how to keep it expanded by default I’ve combed through all the php and can’t seem to find anything is there a code that I can put in with the template to make it expand or maybe theres another way
