Get rid of tags near the bottom of posts

Depending on your theme… You need to find this in your template-files:
the_tags('tagged: ', ', ', '<br />');
Youd have to find and remove line similar to that in you index.php and single.php

I didn’t find anything similar to that at all, Thematic theme is full of loops and hooks mostly, or so it seems. I think I’d need to add something in the fuctions.php but I’m not sure what.
