Get rid of p markup in title?

Hi! Cool plugin. Would have been great for my project if it didn’t automatically include <p></p> around the title. I see some other posters had issues with the markup being displayed. I was able to hide all the markup with javascript in both the dashboard and display, but unfortunately the <p> tag messes with behavior in a way I can’t fix without searching and replacing in the database – for example, the <p> creates a new line between my title name and the >> symbol in “next post” pagination links.
Note- I think this might only happen when working in “text mode,” if that helps.
