Get rid of "Hello World"

I have installed and went thru all the settings. For the life of me, I do not know where the fields are getting pre-populated with these text messages.
The name field is pre-populated with “Hello World” and the email field is pre-populated with “[email protected]” . The other fields appear normal.
I do not see where this text should appear according to the settings I have chosen. Can someone point me in the right direction?
