Get rid of Admin Login on Blog page

Hello Everyone,
I have a problem of a hacker constantly trying to hack my admin login page. My site is https://www.myeventdj.com. I was confused as to where they were getting to this page – but I finally found it – sorry I am a little slow. They are getting the link from the blog page on my site…. and I guess it is a known URL too. Anyway – is there a way to hide or change the admin page so the hackers cannot find it and/or remove the Meta area on the blog page? I would like to make it so the admin page is only accessible on the internal network. They are constantly eating up my bandwidth by trying to hack – 24/7. This is being hosted at my home. Any ideas will be appreciated.
