GET request for Woocommerce

I have a store of digital products that are generated at the moment.

Once a purchase occurs I would need to communicate to another Java server that generates the product and when it’s return it allow the client to download it ….

Do you know any plugins that allow me to do this? I search for one but don’t find it, and think maybe I need to develop it…. can you help me to start?
