get posts with defined user permissions

  • Hi folks,

    as administrator I get all posts via the get_posts() functions.
    Users only get posts they are allowed to access.
    Is there a way to check if a single post is allowed to be read by a defined user?

    Background: I want to send some bbpress / buddypress forum posts via email to some users every day but every user should only get the posts via email the user is allowed to access.

    Is there a simple way?
