Get Posts for last 100 or some specific days in post object

Hi,
I am working on acf with field type post object and I have 5 custom post types to filter and they have plenty of posts more than 5000.
Is there any way to load only a few posts lets say like posts of all posts type of last 100 days or like that.I have gone through the plugin files and could not find to give a limit to display the posts.
Can anyone help me.
I am using 4.4.5 version
