get post url according to permalink structure

Hey

I am writing a plugin, where I need to list posts in a specific way, so I need the urls for the posts.

However, is there a way I can do that and make sure it fits the users plugin structure?

Say something have it at default, and other uses /2014/12/postname?

Is there some function for to get the urls for the posts that checks the users permalink setting/structure?
