get post question

I want to be able to get posts that have specific multiple categories.

For example. If i have a soccer team and each player represents a post and their positions are categories. Is there a way that I can get_posts of all the players that play Goalie (cat #1) and right wing (cat #2)?But, if a player only plays goalie, they would not be posted.
