“get password” plugin?

This is related to my previous post. I want to have ONE password for a small community of people, each with his or her own email address. So if someone forgets the password and clicks the “forgot password” link, then they type in their email and the password is just emailed to them. I don’t want to reset the password, because it will reset the password for everyone. I also don’t want everyone to have his or her own registration, because that’s a lot to manage and people won’t do it.

Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated!!
