Get old custom fields work

Hi
I had a very old wordpress website (under v2.8) so i decided to build it from scratch with the latest wordpress. So far so good!

As i had a lot of articles with custom fields on it, i decided to import them thanks to the built-in importator tool. So now i have all my articles and my custom informations. And i installed the latest custom field template extension.

But now i don’t now how i could display these fields content on my website…
