Get notified by customers’ email

    Hi. Is there any way to get notified when an email is sent to a customer? For example a sign up email. Telegram for WP did this.

    I sent /chatinfo command to @TheChatInfoBot and recieved my Chat_id but, when I want to test it I got this message:
    Chat_id Name/ topic chat type test status
    ******** Bad Request: chat not found error: 400 failed

    of course, I hide (chat_id) and it’s 8digit number.
    why was it failed? please help me.

    Did you start a chat with your own bot as mentioned in the 5th point in the Instructions? If not, please send any message to your bot to start the conversation, the bot can then send the messages to you.

    yes, as you said in the instruction, I did them.
    I started to chat with the bot but, the bot said (I only accept /chatinfo command)

    It’s not about TheChatInfoBot. You have to start the conversation with your OWN bot by which you send the Messages into the channel.

    please write in your plugin instruction: please start to chat with your own bot that you created before and added to your channel ??
    now, I have my emails in telegram.
