Get no images on multisite

Hi there,

I created a multisite for our homepage. On the main page I installed visual slide box builder for our history and our team photos. On the main page everything is working well.
I created a multisite network for a multilanguage homepage and installed the plugin on the whole network. I tried to save new photos on the english page. Then the visual slide box builder said the image is successfully saved but I do not get the the new shortcode and the new photo isn′t saved.

Could someone help me with this problem?
