get name, mail auto for logged users

  • Logged in users already have their mails and names.
    Why we ask it again?
    Can2t we get automatically?

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    When the chat widget can not identify your visitor, the auto-generated visitor ID will appear in the visitor details pane of the Dashboard. You’ll have the option of filling in the name and email manually in the details pane.

    If you would like to autofill the names and emails of logged-in site visitors you can opt to use the JavaScript API.

    Thanks for reply.
    I am not a programmer but it seems it is very easy job to do.
    So why you don’t add this to your wordpress plugin?
