Get Message – “Are you sure you want to do this?

When I create a new Submission Tracking and select Create New, or Let’s Create one, I go through the process, when I hit Update, it takes me to a Screen that asks: “Are you sure you want to do this?”

But there is no button to click to process?

Tried just completing the Event, tried completing all the fields – get same result
