Get lost after booking 1 place

    Hi there,
    I had Webba for about 8 months without problem but after new year when I did change some services, I see that when the users book 1 place, the other place get disappear, it means that I have two place in same time, after booking 1 place, the other place is not free.
    Another thing is in some of the services , no email send to users.

    I have premium package but today support told me that it was expired and they can not help me to support but I did buy this pluggin less than a year .

    Hi There,
    As you see in attachments screenshots, there is 2 place for booking on each slot but in calendar just one.
    You can see that after booking there is bo free place in booking.
    you can check on the website and book standard paket and see how it work. I can delete after you book.(Just write test in comment)

    In one of screenshots you have “Maximum booking per time slot” set to 1. Is it mistake?

    When I set it to 2 , if anyone book one time , it book 2 , this is why I did change it to 1

    Please, make sure that option Mode of multiple places selection is set to “Allow select only one place” and try again.

    This is the problem, When I set to Allow select only one place like now is ok , When I set to allow select only max place. users book 2 place same time and can not change it.

    Please, clarify – do the users need to book one place, two places or they can choose?

    Also, have you updated the “Maximum booking per time slot” ?

    This means option Mode of multiple places selection should be set to “Allow select only one place”.

    What value is set currently to “Maximum booking per time slot”?

    I did check it now , it is on only one place. and working good now
