    We have checked and there is some issue, cannot confirm the same but here are my observations:

    The message being sent to the Admin: 44 is being added to the admin’s number, so the Admin is not getting the SMS.
    For client update: The mobile number is not being received.

    Suggest you to please ask your developer to look into these.

    The international prefix is added automatically for some gateways and it’s necessary. The plugin is working without any kind of issue in more than 2,000 installations, so please check the debug information to see what happens in your own configuration.
