Get footer to stick to bottom of content…

  • Hello everyone,

    I’m fairly new to WP – please forgive my nativity. I would like my footer to stick to the bottom of my content area – especially when the content area is very short.

    Right now, it does this.

    I can see that the footer is getting trapped beneath the ‘main’ div. Is there anyway to have it ignore the div?

    Any pointers would help. Thank you so much!

  • Do you mean you want it to be fixed on the bottom regardless of what size the window is?

    Thanks for the response.

    I would like the footer to stick to the bottom of the content area – the white area in the middle. Right now there is a black space that separates them (created by the ‘main’ div).
